Our basic fee schedule is $125-$150 per day, dependant upon the size of the inn and required duties.

Options:
Housekeeping
For those who require housekeeping services we offer the following rates:
- $15 per room for a turn-over
- $5 per room for a stay-over
- Additional fees for agreed upon housekeeping and/or additional duties

Travel Fees
- The first 100 miles in route to your inn are free
- Additional mileage is $0.50 per mile based on proposed distance provided by Mapquest.com
- No charge for return mileage
- Air travel is negotiable

Meetings, Weddings and Special Events
Special event fees are negotiable upon duties required. We are capable of organizing and hosting any events you may need.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel our services, we require written notification 30 days prior to the start date listed on our contract. Any cancellations within the 30 day period will not be refunded. Deposits may be applied to any future contract.
